Sally Cooperrider (formerly Nixon) has been practicing law in San Jose for over 20 years. She helps clients resolve the issues in their divorce or other family law matter by mediation or collaborative processes, including Wevorce mediation. Ms. Cooperrider prepares Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) to divide pensions in marital dissolutions. Ms. Cooperrider also assists straight and same-sex couples with living together agreements and partnership breakups.
Sally Cooperrider prepares Wills and Living Trusts, and does probate and trust administration. She also does guardianships and conservatorships.
Sally Cooperrider is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley, and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
She is a member and past chairperson of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Rainbow Committee and has served on the Santa Clara County Bar Association of Trustees.
Ms. Cooperrider was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She graduated from the University of Santa Clara Law School.
